From your initial enquiry through to preparing for the arrival of your loved one, to the day they join us and beyond we will work with you to understand as much as possible about your loved one - and therefore we can provide the best possible care for them.
We have recently introduced our new dedicated enquiry team, available 24/7.
No need to wait to give us a call or email us, we will handle your enquiry promptly and courteously.
We will make the necessary time for you, ensuring you have all the information you need and the opportunity for you to visit one or more of our homes, where our team will be able to show you around and provide you with further information.
During this stage, we will be arranging all the necessary paperwork and agreements, so again we need your support to step through this as quickly as possible.
It's also during this time that we start to get to know your loved one in some detail.
From their favourite music to the food they love, we will step you through everything we need to know to ensure we can provide the best possible care for your loved one.
The day has arrived, and our team will be ready and waiting for you and your loved one.
We will take the time to get them settled in, and ensure that you are shown around the home, meet our on-duty team and get an understanding of how the care home works for our residents.
We may have some final administration to complete, and then when you are ready you can safely leave your loved one with us.
We pride ourselves on making sure your loved one has a safe and comfortable stay with us, taking the pressure of you and your family.
Through a range of activities and quality home cooked food we want to make sure your loved one feels part of our family during their time with us.
We will keep you updated on your loved one and make sure you are aware of anything that you have asked us to let you know about.
Whatever the reason your loved one leaves us, be assured we will be with you through that time.
