Bluebell Court
Bluebell Court specialises in providing Dementia Residential and Dementia Nursing care for the elderly.
Everything the home does is with the resident as the main focus, staff are provided dementia training and regular specialist training to help and support residents in the home in the most caring and safe way.
The environment has been adapted to promote residents independence through colour coded areas and clear signage. Memory boxes and themed areas can be seen throughout the home. Within the home, there are many day lounge areas allowing privacy for visitors and residents.
Cambridge Court
Cambridge Court Care is a fifty-three capacity care home, formed from a family business and organised to provide professional and tailored care in a secure and friendly atmosphere.
The service vision is for care to be ‘relationship-centred’, with carers looking to learn about residents, their lives and interests, in order to best understand their needs and wishes over the long-term.
Castle Grange
Castle Grange is located in the West Derby area of Liverpool where it has forty bedrooms dedicated to the long-term needs of elderly residents, while also running a respite service.
The home has its own secure gardens and good wheelchair access, with an interior that is spacious and ideal for achieving a relaxing atmosphere and effective care results.
Some en-suite rooms are available and one dual occupancy, with carers available 24-7 though respecting the privacy of residents as a core part of the service.
Highgrove House
Highgrove House is now part of Unity homes Limited, which has been providing high quality care since 1991.
Highgrove House provides care for residents with a wide range of long-term or temporary needs.
It is situated close to Chorley Hospital in a residential location – but is less than a 3-minute drive from the M61/M65.
Oakbank
Oakbank Care Home is a comfortable facility, staffed by a qualified team who respect the personal rights and privacy of each individual while adhering to recognised care methods and current regulatory practice.
Versatile care forms include provision for residential and nursing needs, with the team also experienced in the challenges of dementia care.
The Willows
The Willows Care Home makes an excellent contribution to the lives of older and vulnerable adults in Salford, all of whom receive quality and personalised care.
Trained staff are available throughout the day and night, supporting the resident’s personal interests and promoting an active daily life while maintaining an atmosphere that is relaxing and homely.
